Illustration Friday: Swept
Ok, so I have finally gotten back to doing a submission for Illustration Friday.  I think the last one I did was back in March or April.  Not good.  I just need to let go and not take it too seriously.   I end up complicating it and then it ends up being more of a chore than anything.  I did this one last night while dinner was simmering on the stove.  It’s nice to sit at the kitchen table and sketch.  I added color in Photoshop, but similar to the my previous post, I kept it minimal; almost like color fields rather than detailed shading.  I like how it doesn’t take away from the hatching and pencil work.  I have tried for the life of me to set up a new page for the Illustration Friday work, separate from my regular posts, but haven’t figured it out yet.  My apologies if you have linked to this and found that you had to scroll down the page to find it.  As always, thank you for visiting and/or discovering my illustration posts.
